Weigh in：在討論中加入意見、發表看法。通常用在開會、辯論、或討論某個議題的時候，請別人或自己主動說說看法。
Weigh in on something：對某個特定議題表達意見。後面接你在針對哪個主題說話。
Weigh on someone：讓某人感到擔心或有壓力。像有個重量壓在心上，是心理上的「沉重感」，跟量體重完全不同。

Weigh 用法 在職場裡最常出現在兩個情境：做決策，和開會發表意見。
