用英文提醒人，感覺好像很簡單，但真的開口才發現——”Don’t forget” 說出來有時候語氣比想像中重，特別是對主管或不太熟的人。提醒英文其實有很多種，輕鬆的、客氣的、職場 email 專用的都有，選對了，感覺差很多。
最直接的兩種：Don’t forget to / Remember to
這兩句最常用，語氣輕鬆，朋友家人之間都沒問題。
差別在哪？”Don’t forget to” 比較直接，聽起來帶點「你最好別忘」的意思。”Remember to” 溫和一點，像是好心提醒，比較沒有催促感。

B: Don’t forget to bring your umbrella. It’s supposed to rain later.
B: 別忘了帶傘，等一下會下雨。

帶點懷疑的提醒：附加問句
附加問句（tag question）外型像問句，但目的是提醒。TOEIC 文法題很愛考這個句型，順便認識一下。
You won’t forget to…, will you?
「你不會忘了吧？」語氣中性，比直接說 Don’t forget 柔和一點。
You haven’t forgotten about…, have you?
帶點「我覺得你已經忘了」的暗示，對方如果沒忘，聽到這句可能會翻白眼。用之前想一下。

對長輩或主管：客氣版提醒
對主管、客戶或不太熟的人，直接說 “Don’t forget” 真的太衝了。這時候換這兩句，語氣馬上不一樣：
- I’d like to remind you to / that…
- May I remind you to / that…
這兩句意思接近，都是「我想提醒您……」，正式但不冷。後面接 to + 動詞或 that + 子句都可以。職場特別好用，跟正式道歉英文一樣，多這一點禮貌，整體印象就差很多。

職場 email 最常用：Just a reminder / This is a reminder
這一區是原本文章完全沒有的，也是職場裡最常用的提醒英文。TOEIC Part 6、Part 7 的 email 題很愛出現這類開頭，看懂語感很重要。
Just a reminder that…
語氣輕鬆，口語和 email 都行。提醒同事、隊友用這句，不會有壓力感。
This is a reminder that…
正式一點，系統通知、HR 公告、預約確認信常見。
As a reminder, …
email 開頭很百搭，語氣介於前兩者之間。如果你有在寫代表公司寄出的 email，這句開頭直接用就對了。

提醒一下，明天早上十點在主要會議室有團隊會議。

remind 的句型結構
知道 remind 這個字，但後面不知道怎麼接？三個句型搞清楚，TOEIC 考介系詞選擇的時候也不會選錯。
- remind + 人 + to V（提醒某人去做某事）
- remind + 人 + that + 句子（提醒某人某件事）
- remind + 人 + of + 名詞（讓某人想起某事物）
第三個很多人沒想到，但超常用。「這首歌讓我想起你」就是這個用法，跟「我記得」的英文說法剛好是對比：一個是主動記得，一個是被觸發想起來。

從 “Don’t forget” 到 “Just a reminder”，這八種提醒英文說法，場合對了，語氣就對了。下次要提醒人之前，先想一秒：是跟朋友說，還是發 email 給主管？一句話的差距，給人的感覺可以差很多。
