開會被問到意見，除了 I agree 之外還能怎麼回？其實支持英文的說法很多，語氣從正式到直接挺到底都不一樣，選對更加分。
開會這樣說最到位
上班族最常遇到的情境就是開會表態，這時候如果每次都只會 I agree，聽起來有點單調，也沒辦法表達出你支持的程度。想讓自己的支持英文聽起來更專業，可以試試這幾種說法。

A: What do you think about moving the launch date up?
A: 你覺得提前發布日期怎麼樣？
B: I’m in favor of it, we’d have more buffer time that way.
B: 我支持這樣做，這樣緩衝時間比較多。

A: I think we should hire another designer for this project.
A: 我覺得這個案子應該多找一個設計師。
B: I fully support that idea, the workload has been too much lately.
B: 我完全支持這個想法，最近的工作量真的太重了。

A: Sarah proposed leading the new campaign herself.
A: Sarah 提議這次的新活動由她自己來帶。
B: I back her on this, she has a great track record.
B: 我支持她這麼做，她過去的表現一直很好。

A: Should we push the budget approval to next week?
A: 我們要不要把預算核准延到下週？
B: I’m on board with that, we need more time to review the numbers.
B: 我支持這樣安排，我們需要更多時間確認數字。

A: I want to switch our supplier to the local one.
A: 我想把供應商換成本地的。
B: I stand behind that decision, it’ll cut our shipping time in half.
B: 我支持這個決定，這樣運送時間可以少一半。
這幾個說法在正式場合都很自然，尤其 in favor of 這個片語，在 TOEIC 的閱讀和聽力也常常出現，多益考題喜歡用來測試考生能不能分辨立場，平常多用幾次會更有印象。
朋友之間輕鬆講
跟朋友聊天或私下討論，如果每句都用開會那套會顯得太正式，這時候可以換成比較輕鬆的講法，聽起來更像自己人。

A: 這個週末要不要去試試那家新開的火鍋店？
B: I’m all for it, I’ve been wanting to go for weeks.
B: 我贊成，我想去好幾個禮拜了。

A: Let’s split the trip into two shorter ones instead of one long one.
A: 我們把這趟旅行分成兩次短的，不要一次長的。
B: Count me in, that sounds way less exhausting.
B: 算我一份，這樣聽起來輕鬆多了。

A: I think we should just cancel the party if it rains.
A: 我覺得如果下雨我們就取消派對好了。
B: I’m with you on this, no point getting everyone soaked.
B: 我支持你這樣想，沒必要讓大家都淋濕。

A: Should we order pizza instead of cooking tonight?
A: 我們今晚要不要叫披薩就好，不要煮飯？
B: Sounds good to me, I’m too tired to cook anyway.
B: 我沒意見，反正我也累到不想煮了。

A: 我們搭早一點的班機，這樣在那邊時間比較多。
B: I’m in, more time exploring is always better.
B: 我贊成，多一點時間逛逛總是好的。
這些說法比較口語，daily conversation 用起來很自然，不會讓人覺得你在開會。
力挺到底的說法
有時候支持不只是「贊成」而已，是那種不管發生什麼事都會站在對方那邊的感覺，這時候前面那些說法就不夠力了，可以換成更有溫度的講法。

A: 我在考慮辭職自己創業。
B: I’ve got your back no matter what you decide.
B: 不管你決定什麼，我都會挺你。

A: A lot of people don’t think this plan will work.
A: 很多人不覺得這個計畫會成功。
B: I’m 100% behind you, don’t let that discourage you.
B: 我百分之百支持你，不要因為這樣就洩氣。

A: 我對於要跟董事會報告這個提案很緊張。
B: I’m right there with you, we’ll go through it together.
B: 我會陪你一起面對，我們一起準備。

A: 如果這件事失敗了，大家一定會怪我。
B: I’m on your side, whatever happens.
B: 不管發生什麼事，我都站在你這邊。
這種贊成英文帶著一種「我挺你到底」的力道，比單純說 I agree 或 I support you 更能讓對方感受到誠意，用在朋友或家人身上特別合適。
支持跟贊成差在哪
中文裡「支持」跟「贊成」常常混著用，但英文其實分得比較細，看懂差在哪，選字會更準。
agree 比較單純，是「我同意這個看法或事實」，通常針對一個意見或說法。support 和 back 則是「我支持這個人或這件事」，範圍更廣，可以是行動上的協助，也可以是立場上的力挺。像贊成英文常用的 in favor of，其實就是 support 的正式版，比較常出現在投票、提案這種需要表態的場合。

A: Do you agree that the meeting should be shorter?
A: 你同意會議應該縮短時間嗎？
B: I agree, an hour is way too long for a status update.
B: 我同意，光是進度報告開一小時真的太久了。

A: Are you in favor of the new remote work policy?
A: 你贊成新的遠端工作政策嗎？
B: I’m in favor of it, it gives everyone more flexibility.
B: 我贊成，這樣大家都能有更多彈性。
簡單來說，如果只是對一個說法點頭，用 agree 就好；如果是要表態挺一個人、一個決定，或是想表現出行動上的支持，support 或 back 會更貼切。之後遇到要表達不同意的情況，也可以換掉直接的 I disagree，改用表達不同意英文別說 I disagree裡提到的說法，聽起來會更圓融。
下次要表態的時候，先想清楚自己是單純同意，還是真的想挺到底，選對字，語氣立刻到位。
