你有沒有在網路上買二手貨、看租屋廣告、或逛拍賣網站時，看到 “as is” 這兩個字？As is 中文意思是什麼？字面上看起來是「照原樣」，但實際上 As is 意思背後有個大陷阱！一起來搞懂 “as is” 什麼時候會出現、代表什麼意思，還有它跟 “it is what it is” 有什麼不同！
As is 到底是什麼意思？
As is 的中文意思是「照現況」、「按現狀」、「照原樣」、「就是這樣」。
這是什麼意思？當賣家說某個東西是 “as is”，他就是在說「我就是照這個樣子賣給你，什麼樣子就是什麼樣子」。有什麼問題、有什麼瑕疵、有什麼壞掉的地方，那都是現況的一部分。你買了之後，所有這些問題就變成你的問題了，賣家不會修、不會換、不會負任何責任。
As is 是一個法律用語，常常出現在買賣合約、租約、或是商品描述裡。這是賣家保護自己的一種方式，等於是在說「我不保證這個東西完美，你要買就要接受它現在的樣子」。當你看到 “sold as is”（照原樣出售）或 “selling as is”（以現況出售），就代表這是「買賣不退」、「沒有保固」、「不負責維修」。
用了 “as is” 之後，所有風險就轉移到買家身上了。你買了就是你的，之後發現任何問題都不能怪賣家。
