心情不好想講「不開心」，除了 unhappy 還能怎麼說？不開心英文其實分好幾種，語氣差很多，用錯場合超尷尬。
不開心和不爽，是同一件事嗎
中文很方便，不開心跟不爽都用「不」開頭，感覺好像差不多，但英文完全是兩個世界。不開心比較像是心情悶悶的、提不起勁，那種淡淡的低落感；不爽則是帶著火氣，通常是被某件事情惹到，有不滿甚至想抱怨的情緒。
用中文舉例更清楚：考試考差了，可能只是「不開心」，悶悶的沒力氣；但如果是同事把你的功勞搶走，那種感覺就是「不爽」，你會想講出來。這兩種情緒配的英文字完全不一樣，硬套同一個字，老外聽起來會覺得語氣怪怪的。
先看兩組對比，你就抓得到差在哪：

這兩種情緒的差別可以整理成一張對照表，語感、常見說法、使用場合放在一起看，一眼就抓到重點。
心情低落的時候，可以怎麼說
不開心英文如果只會 unhappy，講出來反而不夠道地，因為日常對話很少人這樣講，聽起來有點生硬。心情低落、提不起勁的時候，老外比較常用這幾個說法：down, in a bad mood, feeling blue，語氣都比 unhappy 自然很多。

這些心情用語很容易跟身體狀況搞混，比如把「我今天心情不好」講成 I don’t feel well，其實兩者差很多，可以參考 feel good 跟 feel well 差在哪，一個講的是心情，一個講的是身體，用錯真的會很尷尬。
被惹毛的那種不爽，要用對字
不爽英文跟不開心不一樣，通常帶著一點火氣，是因為某件事讓你不滿。常用的字有 annoyed, pissed off, fed up，程度和場合都不太一樣，混著用小心會失禮。

不爽英文最常見的字是 annoyed，但它的強度比 pissed off 溫和很多，講出來也比較不會太衝，日常對話裡用 annoyed 反而更安全。
在辦公室，不爽也要講得優雅一點
職場上遇到不滿意的事情，直接講 I’m pissed off 太衝，容易讓氣氛尷尬。這時候可以換成比較收斂的說法，像 a bit frustrated, not quite what I expected, have some concerns，聽起來還是有在表達不滿，但不會太失禮。

多益也愛考的這幾個情緒字
多益的閱讀和聽力常常出現情緒形容詞，尤其是抱怨信、客訴信、會議紀錄這類情境。frustrated, dissatisfied, disappointed, discontented 這幾個字長得有點像，意思也接近，考試很愛拿來混淆選項。

不開心跟不爽用錯字真的差很多，下次心情不好，記得挑對字，講出來才道地。
