Come up 和 come down 看起來就是「上」跟「下」的反義詞對吧？但加上 with 之後，意思完全不同！Come up with 用法是「想出點子」，come down with 是「生病了」。一個是腦力激盪，一個是要請假。差一個字差超多，一分鐘搞懂這組超容易搞混的片語！
