「保證」英文很多人只知道 I promise，但其實跟中文一樣，保證這件事有很多種說法——有的是朋友之間隨口發誓的語氣，有的聽起來更正式更有份量，有的是職場上最順耳的說法。用對了，對方會覺得你真的認真；一直用同一句，就只是嘴上說說而已。
I promise — 最常用，但別濫用
I promise 可以當動詞也可以當名詞，日常對話裡超高頻。不過正因為太常用，有時候說多了反而讓人覺得不夠真誠——特別是小孩子愛說 “I promise!” 的那種語感，大人在正式場合還是換個說法比較有份量。

You can count on me 不是直接說「我保證」，而是在告訴對方「你可以信任我，我不會讓你失望」。這種「保證」英文的說法比 I promise 更有溫度，特別是在對方需要支持、或者交付一件重要任務給你的時候。跟 Trust 和 Believe 的差別有點類似的邏輯——這句話強調的是信任關係，而不只是單次承諾。
