說謝謝英文，大家第一個冒出來的一定是 “Thank you”，但有時候說出口又覺得有點乾、不夠有誠意。到底怎麼說才能讓對方感覺到你是真心在謝他？這篇幫你按場景整理，日常、職場都有，連對方謝你的時候怎麼回也一起講。
謝謝的語氣，差很多
不是每次感謝都要說得很隆重，但也不是每次都適合輕描淡寫帶過。謝謝英文大概可以分三個層次，根據情況選對語氣，對方接收到的感受會差很多：
輕謝（日常隨手）：對方幫你開個門、傳個檔案、提醒你一件小事。
真心感謝：對方幫了你一個真的很有用的忙，你心裡是有感的那種。
正式感謝：職場 email、開會、對外溝通，要看起來得體。

感謝別人幫忙
感謝幫忙最好用的句型就是 “Thank you for…”，後面直接接你要謝的那件事，動詞要用 -ing。這個句型日常和職場都通用，TOEIC 多益的對話題也超常出現這個結構。

A: 我幫你把程式裡的 bug 修掉了。
B: Thank you for fixing that so fast. I’d been stuck on it all morning.
B: 謝謝你這麼快就修好，我卡了整個早上。

如果對方幫了你一個真的很大的忙，可以說 “I owe you one”，意思是「我欠你一個人情」，語氣輕鬆但很真誠，朋友之間超常用。

感謝別人的協助與支持
「感謝你的協助英文」在職場最常出現的是 “Thank you for your support” 或 “I appreciate your assistance”，這兩句比較正式，適合 email 或開會場合。
這裡要特別說一下 appreciate 的用法：appreciate 後面接的是一件事，不是一個人，所以 “I appreciate you” 這樣說其實不太對，要說 “I appreciate your help” 或 “I appreciate what you did”。如果你想搞清楚 appreciate 的完整用法，這篇有詳細解析。

太感謝了、十分感謝怎麼說
想表達「真的非常感謝」，”Thank you very much” 其實語氣還是蠻平的，換用下面這幾個說法，誠意會直接拉上去：
- I can’t thank you enough. — 感謝到說不完，超真心的說法
- I really appreciate it. — 真的很感激，日常職場都適合
- You’re a lifesaver. — 字面是「你救了我的命」，意思是你幫了我超大的忙
- That means a lot to me. — 這對我來說意義很大，語氣很真誠

感謝別人的諒解
這個場景很容易被忽略，但職場上超常用到。你出了錯、臨時改期、交件晚了，道完歉之後還要加一句感謝對方諒解，整個表達才完整。「感謝你的諒解英文」最標準的說法是 “Thank you for your understanding”，是職場 email 的必備句型之一。

B: Thank you for your understanding. We’ll have it ready by Friday.

如果是道完歉接著感謝，也可以說 “Thank you for being so understanding about this”，比起那句正式版，這樣說起來更口語、更有人味。
回應謝謝怎麼說
換個角色，當對方謝你的時候，只回 “You’re welcome” 不是不行，但說多了真的有點機器人感。這幾個說法更自然，視情況換著用：
- You’re welcome. — 最標準，但頻繁用會顯得有點制式
- No problem. — 日常最高頻，輕鬆又友善
- My pleasure. — 比較正式，服務業和職場場合很適合
- Anytime. — 「隨時都可以」，暗示你很樂意再幫
- Don’t mention it. — 「不用放在心上」，謙虛又輕鬆
- Happy to help. — 很萬用，語氣誠懇又不會太正式

說謝謝這件事，語氣到不到位真的會影響對方感受。”Thank you” 是起點，但能根據場合選對感謝的英文，才是真的有說到心坎裡。
