朋友想衝動辭職，你想勸他三思；同事猶豫要不要報名健身房，你覺得他應該試試看；家人想買一台根本用不到的昂貴電器，你想阻止他⋯⋯生活中常常需要說服別人做或不做某件事，這時候你就需要 Talk into 和 Talk out of 這兩個超實用的片語！Talk into 是「說服某人做某事」、Talk out of 是「說服某人不做某事」，一個勸做、一個勸不做，意思完全相反。今天就來完整教你這兩個說服英文的用法，從文法結構到實際應用，讓你的勸說更有說服力！
Talk into 和 Talk out of 是什麼？
這兩個片語動詞（phrasal verb）意思完全相反，但結構超像，一起學比較不會搞混。
Talk into = 說服某人做某事
就是用講的、用說的，讓對方原本不想做的事情，最後決定去做。
Talk out of = 說服某人不做某事
就是用講的、用說的，讓對方原本想做的事情，最後決定不做。
簡單來說：
- Talk into → 勸人「去做」✓
- Talk out of → 勸人「別做」✗
Talk into 完整用法（說服做某事）
Talk into 的文法結構很固定，記住這個pattern就對了！
文法結構:
- Talk + somebody + into + doing something
- Talk + somebody + into + 名詞

❌ I talked him into to go.
文法錯誤！into 後面不能用 to + 原形動詞。
✓ I talked him into going.
❌ She talked me into go shopping.
忘記加 -ing 了！
✓ She talked me into going shopping.
❌ They talked into me doing it.
順序錯了！人要放在 into 前面。
✓ They talked me into doing it.
❌ I talked him out doing that.
漏掉 of 了！
✓ I talked him out of doing that.

Persuade 比較正式，書面語常用。
Talk into 更口語，日常對話更自然。

Discourage vs Talk out of
Discourage 是打消念頭、讓人失去動力。

Discourage 比較消極，talk out of 通常出於關心。
